Update on GCF’s non-profit status and ratification of new Club bylaws
- Brian is meeting with a lawyer tomorrow (4/6/23).
- Potential for GCF, as is, to dissolve and reform.
- If bylaws change with a new nonprofit status, we will need to meet again and form a new board

Pattee Canyon Projects
- New pavilion at Pattee
- Replace all picnic tables at the upper parking lots
- Hoping to get GCF’s name on pavilion

- Great American Outdoor Act funded the pavilion
- Approved for tee signs at Pattee.

- When the ground dries out, there will be a small crew that learns how to make a tee.
- Follow up, there will be a large work party to install the bulk of the tees.
- Hope is to get most of the holes done in one or two days
- Hoping to get 18 done now and then get the 9 done after.
- Tee signs are made and ready to go in, will have to wait for the realignment proposal to be confirmed.
